We are a workforce preparation organization serving adults in Rochester. We deliver a comprehensive range of career related services to participants that focus on transition to employment, advanced training and post-secondary education.

The OACES community is diverse and multi-cultural; it is a place where everyone feels welcome. The campus is a safe environment where students are able to learn. We are family focused and provide eligible students with free child-care for children four years of age and younger.

There are many different programs and classes available that provide continuing education and career training. Students may finish their high school education, take English (ESL) classes and can even become US citizens. OACES helps prepare adults to carry out their roles as society and family members by providing them with the tools they need to become more successful workers and citizens.
